How to check your Galaxy firmware version and build number

Locate the exact baseband, build and security patch level recorded on your device before comparing it to any tracker.

1. 01Open Settings and scroll to About phone.
2. 02Select Software information.
3. 03Record the One UI version, Android version, build number, baseband and security patch level.
4. 04Compare these values against the firmware ledger for your model and CSC.

Then cross-reference your readings against the firmware ledger and your device record. Firmware availability varies by model, country, carrier and region.
