How to read Samsung security patch levels

The patch level date is not the same as the firmware release date.

2. 02Compare it with the current monthly bulletin month.
3. 03Remember that regional builds can carry an older patch level than the latest bulletin.
4. 04A device on a quarterly cadence may legitimately sit several months behind.

Then cross-reference your readings against the firmware ledger and your device record. Firmware availability varies by model, country, carrier and region.
