Developer notes: Android 16 behaviour changes on Galaxy hardware

One UI layers its own power and background policies over Android 16, so behaviour observed on a reference Android device does not always match a Galaxy handset.

Developers should test against at least one Exynos and one Snapdragon variant where a model ships with both, as scheduling and camera behaviour can differ.

Firmware revisions within the same One UI version can also alter behaviour, which is why recording exact build numbers matters.
